1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Standard processing time: 1–2 business days
- Drop-week processing time: 2–4 business days (due to high volume)
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
2. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Weight
- Carrier rates
- Service selected
We currently offer:
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
- UPS 3 Day
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air (if available)
International Shipping
- UPS Worldwide 4-7 Days
- UPS Worldwide Express 1-3 Days
If enabled, international customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.
3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check:
- Mailroom
- Neighbors
- Front desk
- Parcel lockers
Lost packages marked “delivered” must be handled with the shipping carrier.
4. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Rich Boys Brand is not responsible for:
- Packages shipped to wrong addresses entered at checkout
- Lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect address entry
If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately.
Once the order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
5. HIGH-DEMAND DROP PERIODS
During seasonal drops (Christmas, Easter, Summer, Back to School):
- Shipping may take additional time
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled
- Inventory cannot be held or combined for multiple shipments
Limited drops often sell out and require additional handling time.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your package arrives damaged or contains a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the item
- Photos of packaging
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Rich Boys Brand is not responsible for:
- Packages lost in transit
- Packages marked “delivered” but not received
- Stolen packages from your address
For lost packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
We will assist when possible, but cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen items.
8. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International shipping is available where supported.
Customers are responsible for:
- All customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Any additional country-specific charges
These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
